Return Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds. Exchanges are permitted if the item you purchased is defective within our warranty period. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at +603-2742 7468 with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon our receipt of your purchased item, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the item and ship back to you. If you are not entitled to a replacement, or the item is found to be working normally, you will be charged with service and shipping fees before the item is shipped back to you.

Note: All our products come with a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturing defect unless stated otherwise.

Delivery Methods & Timing

Shipping charges are as follows:
  • Peninsular Malaysia: RM15.00
  • East Malaysia: RM20.00
Shipment will be processed once payment receipt is confirmed. Delivery time will be according to the time stated in each product starting from the payment confirmation. Once your item is shipped, shipping notification with courier tracking number will be emailed to your registered email address.
